Cyber Crime and Cyber Security

    Course overview

    This course will provide students with an understanding of what cyber crime is, including aspects of capabilities, jurisdiction, sovereignty, state responsibility, various cyber-attack and defence tools, consequences, occupation and neutrality. We will examine responses to emerging threats and consider the effectiveness of strategies used to combat them.

     


     

     

    This course can be undertaken as part of one UNSW Canberra's masters programs or as a stand alone ("non-award") course.
