Research overview
The research project focused on understanding the implementation and uptake of international Cyber Security Standards in the global critical infrastructure. The project will involve a thorough literature review to examine the reasons behind the adoption of these standards, the level of understanding of the industries regarding the use and purpose of the standards, and how it compares to organizations that comply with international standards for cyber risk management. The study will highlight the benefits of complying with the standards in terms of security, financial, economic, societal, and market confidence. The findings of this research will provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of international standards for cyber risk management.
