Course overview
This course will introduce digital forensic analysis and investigation first principles. Students will learn concepts such as the digital forensic method, intent and its application. The course will also cover Microsoft Windows centric technical topics such as file system, memory and operating system artefact analysis using contemporary open source tools, techniques and procedures.

This course can be undertaken as part of one UNSW Canberra's masters programs or as a stand alone ("non-award") course.
