InfoSect is an Australian based computer security company offering services both nationally and internationally. InfoSect's expertise is in cyber security, specifically within vulnerability research and exploitation. InfoSect is committed to growing the technical cyber security workforce and runs multiple community events both monthly and annually. The capstone event is Australia’s largest technical focussed security conference, BSides Canberra. BSides Canberra attracts 3,000 people each year to Canberra to listen to state-of-the-art cyber security talks and compete one of the largest capture-the-flag events in the country.
Cyber Expertise and Capability
InfoSect offers specialised vulnerability research services. InfoSect experts can assess a product, whether an embedded system or software, for security defects. A detailed analysis of the results are provided and can include proof-of-concepts (PoCs), remediation advice, or risk mitigation strategies. InfoSect can also train teams in order to perform vulnerability research in-house with their suite of speciality course offerings.
