About

Space services and technologies are increasingly a key dependency for critical infrastructure. Disruption to space assets could therefore have widespread consequences for Australia’s economy, society and national security.

This breakfast event will provide a brief overview of the key critical infrastructure risks and the current activities being undertaken to ensure Australia’s space technology dependencies are recognised and appropriately addressed.

The discussion will be led by a panel including:

  • RJ Stensland (Managing Director LeoLabs Australia & Co-chair TISN Space Sector Group)
  • Alex Meyer (Director of Critical Infrastructure Strategic Policy, Department of Home Affairs)
  • Dan Lloyd (CEO, Space Industry Association of Australia)

The CBR Space Industry Cooperative is pleased to be delivering this event in collaboration with the Canberra Cyber Hub.

The event will take place from 8am on Thursday 12 February. The panel discussion will commence at 830, followed by a light breakfast and networking.
