A cyber legal practitioner advises individuals and organisations on how to implement strategies to meet state, federal and international legal requirements, serve as crisis managers during any form of cyber misconduct to mitigate loss and ensure organisations and individuals are adhering to the law and represent clients before regulatory bodies. 

As cyber legal practitioner you can work as either litigators or advisers to firms and government agencies.
